For patients and families dealing with serious illnesses such as hematological diseases and cancer that require long-term treatment, the challenges go beyond physical suffering—they also face a significant financial burden. Reimbursement through commercial health insurance not only helps alleviate the economic pressure on families affected by major illnesses but also provides strong financial support for continued treatment.

To offer patients more convenient medical services, in July 2024, Beijing GoBroad Hospital was officially included as a designated medical institution in Ping An Health Insurance’s "Ping An eHealth Million Medical" series of products. Customers who have purchased relevant "Ping An eHealth" products and experience a medical event after July 1, 2024, can contact their insurance agent or customer service before seeking treatment to confirm that their policy meets the reimbursement conditions. Once confirmed, they can proceed with their consultation at Beijing GoBroad Hospital and submit their claim as usual after completing their medical treatment.

"Million Medical Insurance" typically requires patients to first settle their expenses through basic medical insurance before contacting the insurance company for claims and reimbursement.

Beijing GoBroad Hospital supports reimbursement for "Million Medical Insurance" policies from the insurers and products listed in the table below (Figure 1). For other insurance products not listed, in general, if the policy terms specify that the covered hospitals include "secondary and above designated medical insurance institutions," then Beijing GoBroad Hospital is eligible for reimbursement.
