In order to implement the spirit of the "Announcement from the National Taxation Bureau of the Beijing Taxation Bureau on the Comprehensive Digitalization of Electronic Invoices" and enhance the patient experience, Beijing GoBroad Hospital will fully launch the digital invoice service for both outpatient and inpatient services starting from February 10, 2025. Digital invoices are legally equivalent to paper invoices and serve as the official proof for patients to claim medical expense reimbursements after payment. Specific Process 01 Hospital Payment Window Service For patients who handle registration and payment at the outpatient payment window, after the payment is successful, the cashier will issue a digital invoice QR code. Patients can use WeChat's "Scan" function to obtain the digital invoice. The window also supports printing of medical insurance split receipts and payment details. We look forward to unlocking a brand-new experience with everyone! 02 "GoBroad Health" Mini-Program Service For patients who handle registration and payment through the "GoBroad Health" mini-program, after the payment is successful, they can view and download the digital invoice, medical insurance split receipt, and payment details in the "Electronic Invoice" module of the mini-program, as well as query previous digital invoices. The specific steps are as follows: 03 Self-Service Kiosk Service For patients who handle registration and payment at the self-service kiosk, after the payment is successful, they can print the digital invoice QR code at the kiosk. Patients can use WeChat's "Scan" function to obtain the digital invoice. The kiosk also supports printing of medical insurance split receipts and payment details. Additionally, patients can view and download the digital invoice, medical insurance split receipt, and payment details in the "Electronic Invoice" module of the "GoBroad Health" mini-program (the operation steps are the same as above). Creating Medical Records Creating a medical record means establishing a personal file for the patient, which includes information such as the patient's home address and emergency contact. If it is your first visit to Beijing GoBroad Hospital, please bring a valid identification document (ID card, medical insurance card, medical insurance code (electronic medical insurance certificate), passport, or Hong Kong/Macau pass) and medical history information (if available) to the first-floor registration and payment area or self-service machine to create your medical record. You can also complete the registration process online via the GoBroad Health mini program. After receiving your registration voucher, please go to the nurse station in the first-floor outpatient hall, where the nurse will scan your code, triage you, and direct you to the appropriate waiting area. Once your name is called on the waiting room display screen, you can enter the consultation room for your appointment. Patients need to make the payment first and then proceed to schedule the relevant tests or collect their medications. Self-service Machine Payment: Patients can complete outpatient payments at the self-service machines on the first floor, as well as at the self-service machines in the radiology outpatient (B2 floor) or endoscopy center (second floor). Collecting Test Reports: Since the processes for different tests may vary, patients can consult the staff or receive relevant guide materials when scheduling tests. Patients and their families can learn about the testing process and important notes in advance to make the process smoother.Depending on the type of test, the report issuance time varies. For tests such as routine blood work or chest X-rays, reports can typically be collected within about 1 hour. For MRI and CT reports, they are expected to be available for printing 2-3 hours after the examination. Collecting Medication After payment, non-traditional medicine patients can collect their medication at the pharmacy located in the eastern part of the outpatient hall on the first floor, with the payment receipt and prescription. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Patients Patients visiting the TCM department can collect their medication at the outpatient nurse station on the first floor with their payment receipt and prescription. Patients whose prescriptions are issued before 11:00 AM can collect their medication after 4:00 PM on the same day. For prescriptions issued after 11:00 AM, medication can be collected after 10:00 AM the next day, or patients can opt for SF Express delivery to have their medication sent home.Inpatient Admission Admission Procedures: Patients requiring hospitalization should contact their attending physician for an admission notice. Afterward, they can proceed to the first-floor outpatient hall payment area to complete the admission procedures and then enter the ward for treatment. Kind Reminder: For inpatient admission, a deposit is required (the specific amount can be found on the document issued by the doctor). During the hospitalization, the patient’s social security card will be temporarily stored at the payment area. Please keep the deposit receipt for settlement when you are discharged.Discharge Procedures: To complete discharge, the following documents are required: "Discharge Notice, Deposit Receipt, Bank Card Used for Payment, Card Swipe Receipt" (for patients who paid via card). Good news! Patients at Beijing GoBroad Hospital can now choose whether to print imaging films—cost-saving and convenient!
To further enhance medical services and provide patients with a better experience, we have great news! Starting from August 15, 2024, when undergoing imaging examinations at Beijing GoBroad Hospital, the film fee will no longer be automatically included by default (previously, it was automatically charged before August 15, 2024). Patients can now decide whether to pay for film printing at self-service kiosks based on their needs. The choice is yours! This not only meets individual patient preferences but also helps reduce resource waste. Access Your Imaging Results Anytime, Anywhere By logging into the "GoBroad Health" mini-program, patients can view their imaging records and electronic reports instantly. For Outpatient & Emergency Patients Once the report is available, patients can choose to pay for film printing at a self-service kiosk and then print their films. (Self-service payment and printing are available within two months of the examination. After two months, patients must register for a free imaging department appointment to print their films.) For Inpatients During hospitalization, patients can print films directly at the printing machine, and the system will automatically charge the fee. After discharge, additional film printing requires a free imaging department appointment. Common Questions About Separate Film Payment 1. If I don’t pay for film printing, how can I view my imaging results and report? Simply scan the QR code and access the GoBroad Health mini-program to view your imaging results and electronic report directly on your phone—no film required! (The query path for GoBroad Health is: Patient Services → Report Inquiry → Examination Report → View.) 2. If I have multiple examinations, can I choose to pay for film printing for only one of them? Yes, you can selectively pay for film printing based on different visit dates or examination items as needed. (Records from the past two months will be displayed.) 3. If I don’t pay for film printing, can I still print my report? Yes, you can print your report at the film printing machine in the outpatient hall. 4. If I don’t print the film, will it affect my doctor’s consultation? No, it won’t. The hospital’s information system allows doctors to directly view your imaging records. 5. If I have paid for film printing but haven’t printed it yet, can I get a refund?
