Registration Hours: 8:30 AM-12:00 PM;1:00 PM-5:00 PM

2. I want to undergo a gastroscopy.Which department should I go to?

Beijing GoBroad Hospital currently has outpatient departments in Respiratory and Critical Care,Gastrointestinal Oncology,General Internal Medicine,General Internal Medicine-Pediatric Hematology,Ultrasound,Radiology,and Endocrinology.Please refer to the image below for specific clinic schedules.

If you wish to undergo gastroscopy-related examinations,please schedule an appointment with a doctor from the Gastrointestinal Oncology department.After consultation,you can make further appointments for subsequent examinations and services.If you are unsure about the appropriate department,feel free to contact the staff at the information desk on the first floor.

 

3. If temporarily unable to attend the appointment,how can I cancel the registration?

If a patient is unable to attend the appointment promptly,please cancel the reservation through the original registration channel as soon as possible to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.

 

4. Can I collect my morning appointment in the afternoon?

No,it is not allowed.Please collect the registration and attend the appointment during the specified waiting times.The morning registration time is from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM,and the afternoon registration time is from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

 

5. If I have already collected my registration but cannot attend,can I cancel it?

If you need to cancel the registration on the same day it was collected, please visit the registration payment counter on the day of the appointment with the invoice and registration voucher.Cancellation cannot be processed after the expiration period.
