First-time patients need to bring valid identification documents and medical history materials(if any)to the registration and payment counter on the first floor for record creation.Valid identification documents include:ID card,Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan pass,passport,and Beijing medical insurance card.

 

2. What should I pay attention to during the consultation?

Please present the voucher for the registered department on the same day to the nurse station in the outpatient hall on the first floor.After triage by the nurse,listen to your number on the large screen for consultation.Kindly be patient while waiting.

 

3.How can I get to the hospital?

Hospital Address:South Gate of Building 1,No.4 Science Park Road,Life Science Park,Changping District,Beijing,China.

① Subway/Bus:Take the Changping Line of the subway and exit at the east exit of the Life Science Park Station.Upon exiting the subway,you will find the bus station.Transfer to bus routes 871 or 878 and ride to the West Station of Science Park Road.Walk 200 meters to reach the hospital.

② Self-Driving:If driving on G7 Jingxin Expressway,enter Yuhesouth Road,Beijing GoBroad Hospital is on the south side.If you take the G6 Badaling Expressway,exit at Beianhe to Beiqing Road,then drive to Science Park Road in ZhongGuanCun Life Science Park to reach the hospital.

5.Is there a special lane for elderly patients during consultations?

Beijing GoBroad Hospital has set up a special service window for elderly individuals,military personnel(including retired soldiers),and disabled individuals.Please bring relevant certificates when you visit that window.

 

6.If elderly patients don't know how to use electronic payment,can we pay with cash?

The blood collection area is located inside the outpatient hall on the first floor,while the ultrasound examination is in the functional examination area on the same floor.Please follow the hospital's signage or ask the staff for directions.
