For the hardcopy:Collect it at the nurse station on the first floor.

For the online version:Long press or scan the QR code below to follow"Beijing GoBroad Hospital"on WeChat–Patient Services–Report Inquiry.It takes around 2 hours to get the electronic results.You'll be notified through WeChat when they're ready.Just follow the instructions(make sure to link your patient info when checking the report).

 

2. I had a CT scan here.How long does it take to get the related imaging report?

The hospital has a self-service area on the first floor in the outpatient hall with a film report printer.You can scan the QR code from your visit and print the report.Reports like chest X-rays are expected to be printed about 1 hour after the examination,while MRI and CT reports are expected to be printed approximately 2 hours after the examination.

Please be patient and wait in the waiting area on the first floor.If there's an issue with the printer,please promptly contact the staff at the information desk in the outpatient hall for assistance.

 

3. Where should I pick up my medication?

Kindly proceed to the payment counter on the first floor to settle the charges.Subsequently,with the payment receipt and prescription,you can retrieve your medication at the Pharmacy located in the eastern section of the outpatient hall on the first floor.

 

4. If I realize I already have this medicine at home after picking it up,can I return it at the counter?

Considering the importance of patient medication safety,I kindly ask for your understanding that once you have left the pharmacy counter,returning medication is not feasible.Therefore,I encourage you to thoroughly review the prescription list before departing.If there are any concerns,please feel free to discuss them with the pharmacy staff.
