Beijing GoBroad Hospital features a unique "H"-shaped layout, with the South Tower housing outpatient and inpatient departments, while the North Tower serves as the research building.

The processes for seeing a doctor, undergoing examinations, collecting medication, making payments, and so on, are all carried out in the outpatient area. Inside the building, you can easily find your desired destination by following the directional signs or asking the staff for assistance.

- In addition to manual service windows, the hospital has set up self-service options at each business segment. At the registration and payment window on the first floor, the first-floor outpatient nurse station, the first-floor blood collection area, the first-floor functional examination center front desk, the B1 imaging center front desk, the B2 radiology department front desk, and the second-floor endoscopy center front desk, QR codes are available for scanning. By scanning the code, you can use your mobile phone to self-service for related tasks at these locations.

Creating Medical Records
Creating a medical record means establishing a personal file for the patient, which includes information such as the patient's home address and emergency contact. If it is your first visit to Beijing GoBroad Hospital, please bring a valid identification document (ID card, medical insurance card, medical insurance code (electronic medical insurance certificate), passport, or Hong Kong/Macau pass) and medical history information (if available) to the first-floor registration and payment area or self-service machine to create your medical record. You can also complete the registration process online via the GoBroad Health mini program.

Check-in/Consultation
You can collect a number at the self-service machine or ask the staff at the registration and payment area to assist you in obtaining a number. After receiving your registration voucher, please go to the nurse station in the first-floor outpatient hall, where the nurse will scan your code, triage you, and direct you to the appropriate waiting area. Once your name is called on the waiting room display screen, you can enter the consultation room for your appointment.

Payment Methods
During the consultation, the doctor will prescribe relevant tests or medications based on the patient's condition. Patients need to make the payment first and then proceed to schedule the relevant tests or collect their medications.
Self-service Machine Payment:
Patients can complete outpatient payments at the self-service machines on the first floor, as well as at the self-service machines in the radiology outpatient (B2 floor) or endoscopy center (second floor). Simply tap "Outpatient Payment" on the self-service machine screen and follow the on-screen instructions.
Manual Payment:
Beijing GoBroad Hospital has set up a "One-Stop Service Desk" at the outpatient nurse station. If there are any payment additions, refunds, or similar services required during the consultation, patients do not need to go to the registration/payment window or self-service machine. These services can be handled at the nearest nurse station, saving patients and their families from having to run back and forth. Of course, if needed, payments or other services can still be processed at the outpatient registration/payment window on the first floor.

Collecting Test Reports:
Since the processes for different tests may vary, patients can consult the staff or receive relevant guide materials when scheduling tests. Patients and their families can learn about the testing process and important notes in advance to make the process smoother.Depending on the type of test, the report issuance time varies. For tests such as routine blood work or chest X-rays, reports can typically be collected within about 1 hour. For MRI and CT reports, they are expected to be available for printing 2-3 hours after the examination.

By following the "Beijing GoBroad Hospital" official WeChat account, patients will receive notifications through WeChat once their test or lab reports are ready.

Manual Window Collection: Paper reports for tests can be collected at the outpatient nurse station on the first floor.
Self-service Machine Printing:
The self-service area in the first-floor outpatient hall is equipped with a film report printer and a one-stop self-service machine. Patients can scan the QR code provided during their visit to print paper reports at the self-service machine. They can also use the film report printer to choose whether or not to print imaging films. Collecting Medication
After payment, non-traditional medicine patients can collect their medication at the pharmacy located in the eastern part of the outpatient hall on the first floor, with the payment receipt and prescription.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Patients
Patients visiting the TCM department can collect their medication at the outpatient nurse station on the first floor with their payment receipt and prescription. Patients whose prescriptions are issued before 11:00 AM can collect their medication after 4:00 PM on the same day. For prescriptions issued after 11:00 AM, medication can be collected after 10:00 AM the next day, or patients can opt for SF Express delivery to have their medication sent home.Inpatient Admission
Admission Procedures:
Patients requiring hospitalization should contact their attending physician for an admission notice. Afterward, they can proceed to the first-floor outpatient hall payment area to complete the admission procedures and then enter the ward for treatment.
Kind Reminder:
For inpatient admission, a deposit is required (the specific amount can be found on the document issued by the doctor). During the hospitalization, the patient’s social security card will be temporarily stored at the payment area. Please keep the deposit receipt for settlement when you are discharged.Discharge Procedures:
To complete discharge, the following documents are required: "Discharge Notice, Deposit Receipt, Bank Card Used for Payment, Card Swipe Receipt" (for patients who paid via card).
Kind Reminder:
For self-pay patients and those who claim reimbursement locally, discharge procedures can be completed at the nurse station in the ward, and payment settlement can be done at the first-floor payment area. For patients who will be reimbursed by the hospital, they will be notified by the payment area within 3 working days to come back and complete the settlement.
