After a successful appointment registration,please bring your original ID card and medical records to the outpatient hall on the first floor of Beijing GoBroad Hospital for on-site registration and payment on the day of the visit.Registration hours are from Monday to Friday,8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Hospital Address:Building 1,No.4 Science Park Road,Life Science Park,Changping District,Beijing,China ① Subway/Bus:Take the Changping Line of the subway and exit at the east exit of the Life Science Park Station.Upon exiting the subway,you will find the bus station.Transfer to bus routes 871 or 878 and ride to the West Station of Science Park Road.Walk 200 meters to reach the hospital. ② Self-Driving:If driving on G7 Jingxin Expressway,enter Yuhesouth Road,Beijing GoBroad Hospital is on the south side.If you take the G6 Badaling Expressway,exit at Beianhe to Beiqing Road,then drive to Science Park Road in ZhongGuanCun Life Science Park to reach the hospital.

Beijing GoBroad Hospital implements a real-name appointment system,allowing appointments for available slots within the next 7 days.The hospital operates clinics from Monday to Friday,with no clinics on Saturdays and Sundays. I want to undergo a gastroscopy.Which department should I go to? Beijing GoBroad Hospital currently has outpatient departments in Respiratory and Critical Care,Gastrointestinal Oncology,General Internal Medicine,General Internal Medicine-Pediatric Hematology,Ultrasound,Radiology,and Endocrinology.Please refer to the image below for specific clinic schedules. ▲Click to enlarge the image for better viewing If you wish to undergo gastroscopy-related examinations,please schedule an appointment with a doctor from the Gastrointestinal Oncology department.After consultation,you can make further appointments for subsequent examinations and services.If you are unsure about the appropriate department,feel free to contact the staff at the information desk on the first floor. 3. If temporarily unable to attend the appointment,how can I cancel the registration? If a patient is unable to attend the appointment promptly,please cancel the reservation through the original registration channel as soon as possible to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. 4. Can I collect my morning appointment in the afternoon? No,it is not allowed.Please collect the registration and attend the appointment during the specified waiting times.The morning registration time is from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM,and the afternoon registration time is from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. 5. If I have already collected my registration but cannot attend,can I cancel it? If you need to cancel the registration on the same day it was collected, please visit the registration payment counter on the day of the appointment with the invoice and registration voucher.Cancellation cannot be processed after the expiration period.

Record Creation and Consultation
1. For first-time patients,what information is required for record creation? First-time patients need to bring valid identification documents and medical history materials(if any)to the registration and payment counter on the first floor for record creation.Valid identification documents include:ID card,Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan pass,passport,and Beijing medical insurance card. 2. What should I pay attention to during the consultation? Please present the voucher for the registered department on the same day to the nurse station in the outpatient hall on the first floor.After triage by the nurse,listen to your number on the large screen for consultation.Kindly be patient while waiting. 3.How can I get to the hospital? Beijing GoBroad Hospital has set up a special service window for elderly individuals,military personnel(including retired soldiers),and disabled individuals.Please bring relevant certificates when you visit that window. 6.If elderly patients don't know how to use electronic payment,can we pay with cash? Beijing GoBroad Hospital offers various payment options,including cash,credit/debit cards,WeChat,and Alipay.If your family member prefers using cash,that's absolutely fine. 7.I have booked a fasting blood test and an ultrasound examination.How do I get there? The blood collection area is located inside the outpatient hall on the first floor,while the ultrasound examination is in the functional examination area on the same floor.Please follow the hospital's signage or ask the staff for directions. 8. Here is a basic layout of the hospital departments: First Floor:Outpatient services,registration and payment,discharge settlement,and outpatient pharmacy. Second Floor:Endoscopy Center. Report Inquiry and Medication Pickup
1. I got a blood test.How soon can I get the results? Depending on the test,you usually can pick up the results in about 1 hour. For the hardcopy:Collect it at the nurse station on the first floor. For the online version:Long press or scan the QR code below to follow"Beijing GoBroad Hospital"on WeChat–Patient Services–Report Inquiry.It takes around 2 hours to get the electronic results.You'll be notified through WeChat when they're ready.Just follow the instructions(make sure to link your patient info when checking the report). 2. I had a CT scan here.How long does it take to get the related imaging report? The hospital has a self-service area on the first floor in the outpatient hall with a film report printer.You can scan the QR code from your visit and print the report.Reports like chest X-rays are expected to be printed about 1 hour after the examination,while MRI and CT reports are expected to be printed approximately 2 hours after the examination. Please be patient and wait in the waiting area on the first floor.If there's an issue with the printer,please promptly contact the staff at the information desk in the outpatient hall for assistance. 3. Where should I pick up my medication? Kindly proceed to the payment counter on the first floor to settle the charges.Subsequently,with the payment receipt and prescription,you can retrieve your medication at the Pharmacy located in the eastern section of the outpatient hall on the first floor. 4. If I realize I already have this medicine at home after picking it up,can I return it at the counter? Considering the importance of patient medication safety,I kindly ask for your understanding that once you have left the pharmacy counter,returning medication is not feasible.Therefore,I encourage you to thoroughly review the prescription list before departing.If there are any concerns,please feel free to discuss them with the pharmacy staff.

If you need to print your electronic outpatient medical records,please contact the nurses at the outpatient nurse station with your identification documents.You can also call 400-696-2000 to speak with staff and obtain electronic records. 2. If I need wheelchair assistance,how can I arrange for it? Please contact the nurses at the outpatient nurse station,provide the patient's identity information,and they will assist you in arranging a free wheelchair rental. 3. Does Beijing GoBroad Hospital have a parking lot? The hospital offers free parking for patients and their families.The parking lot is located on the second underground floor.Inform the security at the entrance,and they will guide you accordingly. 4.
